Its finally getting warm out. Thank goodness! For many of us its panic time. But don't worry I have lots of tips for getting rid of all that winter weight in time for the summer.
My tip would be to replace high calorie and high sugar juices with water. Lots and lots of water. If you don't care for the taste of water there are crystal light packets that can be added or even Mio. If you cant quit the juice cravings try low calorie and low sugar juice like slenderize Fuze. They are so so good and wont ruin your post summer slim down.
Second tip: Become a rabbit! Think you've eaten enough veggies for the day? Think again! Try to at least eat a salad with every dinner. Feeling snacky? Pull out some carrots! Veggies will satisfy the snacking need and won't make you feel awful later.
Thirdly, fruit. There is so much good sugar in fruit. But this kind of sugar is the good kind :) This is healthy sugar and fruit will keep your tummy happy and your sweet tooth :)
