Well it's been quite a while since I have posted anything new. Oops! I've been crazy busy and completely fell out of my routine. But you know what they say... life happens. So here I am again getting back into my routine! Had an awesome but, horrible workout tonight with my wonderful roommate and I'm ready for the rest of the weeks workouts and just the week in general!
Todays workout was:
Run a mile
Stretch
100 sit ups
50 squats
Lift weights
Circuit workout
30 high knees
10 sit ups
15 push ups
Sprint a lap
x3
Lets just say I'm sleeping good tonight!
