One thing that has really helped me in my weight loss journey and to being healthier is having a routine. Although a routine is hard to establish and even harder to maintain, they're worth it in the end when it comes to results. Most of us have a morning routine, we get up, wash our face, get dressed, eat, brush our teeth and then leave. That's not so hard, so why should an exercise routine be? I always try to go to the gym once a day for at least an hour six out of seven days a week. Your exercise routine doesn't have to be intense but, it shouldn't be easy peasy lemon squeezy either. To get started in your routine think about your week. When do you have the most free time? Is it in the evening, morning or afternoon? If you have "NO TIME" you're lying. You can take an hour out of your "busy" schedule to better yourself and become a better you. You don't like to run? That's fine, walk. Get your heart pumping, it will thank you in the long run.
