If you're a college student you know what I mean when I say "BLEH". Finals week is one of the most stressful week of a persons life. Because you are so stressed and have a ton to do you don't quite have enough time to workout. Or do other things you would like to do.
To get the best out of your studying you need to have a built in break. You can take a break by working out, reading a book, watching a movie, going out to dinner with friends or even just taking a nap. What ever you like, what ever you want, as long as it helps and makes your week a little less stressful!
Instead of drinking coffee during finals week, drink tea. I am personally not a fan of tea, but it will not make you as jittery but it will also help you distress. If its cold, eat soup. Light a candle, take a bubble bath and relax. Finals are just apart of life and
