There is nothing more irritating then being so stressed you can't even find the light at the end of your tunnel. This has been me lately. Stress is like a disease, it eats you up from the inside out. I know how hard it is to get past the stress so here are some of my tips that help distress me and that prevent me from becoming that way in the first place.
